We understand that there are still searches that require a more consultative approach, where time is needed educating and persuading targeted candidates on the benefits of joining your organization. This is recommended when you need the extra guarantee that a hire will be made.

Our expertise is recruiting mid-level Management positions (Manager to VP). We provide high calibre, targeted candidates, with potential to grow within your business.
We never post our positions, we utilize our rigorous research methodology every time. We offer integrity and professionalism and we will never put a square peg in a round hole.

We work fast. A completed search takes 4-6 weeks.

We are results driven. We require a small engagement fee to start the search, and don’t require the rest until you hire the best candidate.
